We focus on multiple categories when prepping a home to hit the market. At times we will suggest an inspection done prior and focus on some repairs we think are needed. We will consult with you about suggestions and what may be effective and what is not really necessary.
Buyers do not always have a huge imagination so we like to keep it simple. We suggest keeping it neutral color paint and furniture as well and as keeping it fresh and clean. When buyers enter a dirty home their impression is that this seller did not care about this home. First impressions matter and we want to make the right first impression as they enter for the first time.
