First American Home Warranty offers amazing coverage for sellers and buyers. We do not have an age limit on the appliances or systems. 😀 everything needs to be in good working order at the time of purchasing the warranty. Buyers have 60 days after closing to upgrade their coverage or purchase additional coverage as well! The only difference between our basic + first class upgrade and our Eagle premier plan is the Eagle premier plan also includes the clothes washer and dryer coverage.
